Valerie brings a unique blend of professional expertise and genuine local passion to her new role. A resident of Hell’s Kitchen, she has deep roots in the city, having spent years as a member of the Broadway community and, later, as a finance professional at J.P. Morgan. This experience has given her a perfect combination of business savvy and a profound love for everything that makes New York City special.

As a new mom and a proud New Yorker, Valerie is deeply connected to her community and the vibrant Midtown experience. She is particularly passionate about supporting local businesses, from the iconic theaters to neighborhood restaurants and the unique moments that define city life.

Valerie’s connection to Discovery Map is personal, too. She has been a fan for years, collecting our maps on her own travels and even including them in welcome bags for her wedding guests. Now, she is excited to bring that same appreciation for local flavor and helpful travel tools to her own backyard.
